The founder and general overseer of Glorious Word and Power Ministry Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah has today rendered an unqualified apology to National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Shaributu for prophesying on 31st Night, about his death in 2019 if care is not taken.
The Reverend Minister and his entourage, (former Minister of Health, Mr. Samuel Nuamah Donkor, who described himself as a father to Owusu Bempah, and two elders (Council members) of the Glorious Word and Power Ministry.) visited the National Chief Imam on Thursday at his residence, Fadama, Accra to express grattitude to the peace-loving father, and to thank him for ensuring peace, unity, and tranquility after his prophesy brought mayhem.
According to reports and how tradition will always demand, the man of God went along with a fat cow to show how remorseful he is concerning what has happened.
He also asked for peaceful co-existence between the Christians and Muslims
On the 31st of December, 2018(Watch Night Service), Rev. Owusu Bempah publicly prophesied that, if Ghanaians do not pray, the National Chief Imam as well as some prominent politicians in Ghana will die in 2019.
This prophesy did not go down well with the muslim fratenity as some irate youth became agitated over the said prophesy, marched to his church in Accra and vandalised most of his properties. Others also expressed their dissatisfaction on social media to the extreme of threatening his life.
Ghana Police Service, upon their intelligence, went to Rev. Owusu Bempah’s residence to protect him and his assets in order to prevent more properties of his been destroyed
Ghanaians, celebrities as well as some pastors has voiced out their dissatisfaction about the rate at which some Ghanaian pastors publicly prophesy especially concerning people of high repute, since according to them, creates fear and panic.
